Information you submit
When you use the contact or order-request forms, you may provide your name, email address, organization, shipping address, order details, and message content.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to respond to inquiries, review and fulfill order requests, provide customer support, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable requirements.
Hosting and form processing
This site is hosted on Netlify. When Netlify Forms is enabled, form submissions are processed through Netlify's hosting infrastructure and made available in the site owner's Netlify dashboard.
Payments
US Aminos intends to accept secure online payments through a third-party payment provider. Payment-card information should be entered directly into the payment provider’s secure checkout interface rather than stored by US Aminos. This section will be updated with the provider name when payment processing is connected.
Cookies and local storage
The cart uses browser local storage to remember selected products on your device. The current site does not intentionally set advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for order support, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Requests concerning submitted personal information can be made through the contact page.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when site features, service providers, or business practices change.
Optional email updates
If you choose to join our email list, we record your email address and consent to send restocks, testing-report updates, and occasional offers. Signing up is optional and is not required to place an order. You can opt out through our contact page or an unsubscribe link when provided in an email.
Buy again links
We may store a link to your last submitted order’s product selections in this browser. Reorder links include product options and quantities, not your name, email, address, or payment information. Anyone you share a reorder link with can see its product selections.
