United States shipping only
US Aminos currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rate
USPS shipping is a flat $10 per order. Product subtotals of $90 or more receive free USPS shipping. The free-shipping threshold is calculated before shipping charges.
Processing time
Orders are typically prepared for USPS shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is accepted and payment is completed. Weekends and U.S. postal holidays are not business days.
Transit time
USPS transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package and is separate from the 1–2 business-day processing period. Delivery timing may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after the shipment is accepted by USPS.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed before shipment.

If tracking indicates a package is lost or damaged, contact us through the contact page with the order information and USPS tracking number.
